How to enter:
Savor the Holidays ("Sweepstakes") begins 1/15/09 at 12:01 a.m. EST and ends 03/31/09 at 11:59 p.m. EST ("Sweepstakes Period"). Enter online by visiting http://www.savortheholidays.com and completing the online entry form at that site. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Only one (1) entry per person/per email account per calendar day is permitted. A "day" for purposes of the Sweepstakes is defined as each 24-hour period during the Sweepstakes Period beginning at 12:01 a.m. EST and ending at 11:59 p.m. EST. Duplicate entries for a single individual during a day will be disqualified. A complete entry must include name, address, city, state, zip code, age, telephone number and email address (if any). BC-USA, Inc. ("Sponsor") is not responsible for (a) telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind, for inaccurate transcription of entry information, for any human error, or entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed by computer transmission, lost, late, illegible, incomplete, or incorrect, all of which such entries are void; and/or (b) your inability to access the website or any other error or malfunction which may occur, including any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. Entries that are facsimiles, photocopied, mechanical reproductions, mutilated, incomplete, illegible or determined to have been submitted mechanically or electronically by anyone other than the individual entrant will not be accepted. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged by Sponsor. Online entries must be time-stamped and received by 3/31/09 at 11:59 p.m. EST to be entered into the Sweepstakes.
Sweepstakes Prize:
Grand Prize (1): $1,000 paid by check. Prize payment will be mailed to winner upon receipt of the signed and notarized affidavit of eligibility. ARV: $1,000.00
Selection of Winner:
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 4/6/09 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by traceable method of delivery on or about 4/809. Prize winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within ten (10) days of receiving prize notification. In the event of non-compliance with any of these requirements, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. No substitution of prize by winner is offered and no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
General Conditions:
Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, mass entries, reproductions and photocopied entries are void. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Any prize or portion thereof not accepted by prize winner will be forfeited. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion, that malfunction, error, disruption or other damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated, Sponsor will select winners from among all eligible entries received at time of termination. To the extent permitted by law, prize winner may also be required to grant to Sponsor, in writing, the unconditional, irrevocable worldwide right to use such his/her name, address, likeness, voice, statement in whole or in part and in edited, modified or re-taped version in any media including without limitation radio and/or internet and/or television broadcasts, for public relations, advertising and/or promotional purposes as may be determined by Sponsor, without additional compensation and without review, notice or approval.
Eligibility:
Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the continental United States of America and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry, except employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, suppliers and agencies and employees thereof, as well as the immediate family members of, and individuals residing in the same household as, such persons. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Offer void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant deemed in the sole discretion of the Sponsor not to meet the rules of this Sweepstakes.
Release of Liability:
All participants, as a condition of participation and/or entry, agree to release Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, brokers, printers, distributors and advertising, promotional or judging agencies, and any other entities affiliated with the administration of the Sweepstakes, from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained as a result of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use or misuse of any prize, and each participant agrees that these entities are in no matter responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the Sweepstakes and/or the awarding of any prize. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that the preceding release is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or void for any reason, the entrant agrees that, by entering the Sweepstakes, (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses.

For the name of the Grand Prize winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (postage not required for Vermont residents) to: Savor the Holidays Sweepstakes II Winner List, P.O. Box 3612, Grand Central Station, New York, NY 10163. Requests must be postmarked by 4/6/09 and received no later than 4/13/09. Sponsor reserves the right to clarify errors which result from the printing of these rules and regulations.
